Defect: Aluminum Trailer Company (ATC) is recalling certain 2024-2026 RM900 and 2026 RM700 trailers. The coupler mounting bolts may loosen, separating the coupler from the trailer.
Consequence: A separated trailer coupler can cause a loss of control and increase the risk of a crash.
Remedy: ATC will install a gusset reinforcement kit, free of charge. Owner notification letters are expected to be mailed November 16, 2026. Owners may call ATC customer service at 1-877-441-2440.
Defect: Aluminum Trailer Company (ATC) is recalling certain 2023 PL500, 2023-2024 PL700, 2023-2025 RM500, RM900, ST450, 2024-2025 PL550, PL750, 2024 PR300, 2025 RM450, RM550, and RM800. A software error may cause the radio and speakers to overheat.
Consequence: Overheated radio and speakers increase the risk of a fire.
Remedy: ATC will work with Maxxsonics to mail instructions and a USB with a software update. All speakers will be inspected and replaced as necessary. Repairs will be performed free of charge. Owner notification letters were mailed September 24, 2025. Owners may call ATC customer service at 1-877-441-2440 ext. 342.
