Defect: Autocar, LLC (Autocar) is recalling certain 2020-2026 DC (Legend) vehicles. The incorrect blower motor fuse may have been installed.
Consequence: An incorrect fuse may fail to trip, allowing the blower to short circuit and increasing the risk of a fire.

Defect: Autocar, LLC (Autocar) is recalling certain 2020-2026 Autocar DC (Legend) trucks. The cab shock absorber bracket fasteners may have been improperly secured, allowing the fasteners to detach.
Consequence: A detached fastener can become a road hazard, increasing the risk of a crash.

Consequence: Exhaust fumes can overheat the fuel tank, increasing the risk of a fire.

As such, these vehicles fail to comply with the requirements of Federal Motor Vehicle Safety Standard number 108, "Lamps, Reflective Devices, and Associated Equipment."
Consequence: Warning lights that do not illuminate when the ignition switch is in the OFF position can reduce the vehicle's visibility to other drivers, increasing the risk of a crash.

Defect: Autocar, LLC (Autocar) is recalling certain 2022-2023 DC (Legend) dump trucks. The upper hoist cylinder mounting pin may fail.
Consequence: A pin failure can allow the hoist to fall, increasing the risk of injury. In addition, the hoist cylinder can disconnect from the vehicle, becoming a road hazard and increasing the risk of a crash.

As such, these vehicles fail to comply with the requirements of Federal Motor Vehicle Safety Standard number 121, "Air Brake Systems."
Consequence: A low air pressure warning that does not function properly can result in driving without functioning brakes, increasing the risk of a crash.
