Defect: CEMEN TECH, INC (Cemen Tech) is recalling certain 2018-2025 Volumetric Mixer Custom M60, 2020-2025 Volumetric Mixer C60E, Volumetric Mixer C60, and 2023-2024 Volumetric Mixer C60T concrete mixer trucks. The mounting plates and swivel hopper ring gusset may crack and separate, allowing the mixer assembly to separate from the vehicle.
Consequence: A separated mixer can create a road hazard for other vehicles, increasing the risk of a crash. A separated mixer on a stationary vehicle can increase the risk of injury to a person standing or working near the rear of the vehicle.
Remedy: Dealers will provide a replacement mixer hopper assembly, free of charge. Interim notification letters, notifying owners of the safety risk, were mailed January 9, 2026. Final remedy letters mailed March 10, 2026. Owners may contact Cemen Tech customer service at 1-800-247-2464.

Notes on this record
Complaints from the API and bulk file are merged and deduplicated by ODI number; the API alone misses records.
System and subsystem counts are numbers of distinct complaints, recalls or communications that name them. One record can name several systems, so shares across systems can add to more than 100 percent; a single share never exceeds 100 percent.
Recalls are counted once per campaign, investigations once per action and manufacturer communications once per NHTSA id, even when NHTSA lists several model names for the same record.
A sales denominator is a calendar-year proxy, not the population of vehicles still in use. Rates are copied from verified pipeline output.
NHTSA's complaints API and bulk file list no complaint for this make, model and model year in this data build.
