Consequence: THIS INCREASES THE RISK OF LOSS OF VEHICLE CONTROL.
Remedy: DEALERS WILL REPLACE THESE WHEELS. OWNER NOTIFICATION BEGAN MARCH 19, 2001. OWNERS WHO TAKE THEIR VEHICLES TO AN AUTHORIZED DEALER ON AN AGREED UPON SERVICE DATE AND DO NOT RECEIVE THE FREE REMEDY WITHIN A REASONABLE TIME SHOULD CONTACT CHARLES MACHINE AT 1-580-336-4402.
