Defect: E-One Incorporated (E-One) is recalling certain 2024-2026 Typhoon N, 2025-2026 Cyclone N, and 2026 Cyclone II fire trucks. The positive power supply may be loose, causing the wiring harness and busbar to overheat.
Consequence: An overheated busbar can increase the risk of a fire.
Remedy: E-ONE will provide a replacement wiring harness and busbar, free of charge. Owner notification letters are expected to be mailed October 20, 2026. Owners may contact E-One customer service at 1-352-237-1122.
Defect: E-One Incorporated (E-One) is recalling certain 2026 Cyclone II, 2025-2026 Cyclone, and Typhoon fire trucks. The hydraulic valve may become inoperative, preventing the outriggers from being extended or retracted.
Consequence: The inability to extend or retract the outriggers can delay emergency response, increasing the risk of injury.
Remedy: E-ONE will provide new hydraulic valves, free of charge. Owner notification letters are expected to be mailed September 18, 2026. Owners may contact E-One customer service at 1-352-237-1122.
Defect: E-One Incorporated (E-One) is recalling certain 2026 Commercial, 2025-2026 Typhoon N, and Cyclone N emergency vehicles. The drive/pump mode transfer case may disengage, causing loss of power to the rear wheels.
Consequence: Loss of power to the rear wheels can prevent the vehicle from moving, increasing the risk of a crash.
Remedy: Dealers will update the VMUX electrical program software, free of charge. Owner notification letters are expected to be mailed August 7, 2026. Owners may contact E-One customer service at 1-352-237-1122.
