THIS INVESTIGATION WAS OPENED BASED ON CONSUMER COMPLAINTS TO ODI. THE COMPLAINANTS REPORTED THAT THE SCREWS USED TO ATTACH THE HAND GRIP TRIM TO THE CARRY HANDLE WERE LOOSENING AND FALLING INTO THE INFANT CARRIER.THE DOREL
