Defect: Futura Trailers Ltd (Futura) is recalling certain 2016-2018 Low Loader trailers. The left and right drawbars may disconnect from the front rail of the trailer chassis allowing the draw bars to swing and sever the trailer brake and light wires. As such, these vehicles fail to comply with the requirements of Federal Motor Vehicle Safety Standard (FMVSS) number 108, "Lamps, Reflective Devices, and (excerpt)
