Defect: Grand Design RV, LLC (Grand Design) is recalling certain 2026-2027 Lineage recreational vehicles equipped with the optional Lineage 43 tire package. The vehicle's top speed may exceed the tire's speed rating. As such, these vehicles fail to comply with the requirements of Federal Motor Vehicle Safety Standard (FMVSS) number 120, "Wheels and Rims - Other than Passenger Cars."

Consequence: A tire may fail while traveling at higher speeds, increasing the risk of a crash.

Remedy: The remedy for this recall is under development. Owner notification letters are expected to be mailed November 2, 2026. Owners may contact Grand Design customer service at 1-574-825-9679. Grand Design's number for this recall is M910067.

Defect: Grand Design RV, LLC (Grand Design) is recalling certain 2026-2027 Lineage motorhomes equipped with the 20-inch wheel and tire package. The tire information label may state the incorrect rear tire pressure. As such, these vehicles fail to comply with the requirements of Federal Motor Vehicle Safety Standard (FMVSS) number 120, "Wheels and Rims - Other than Passenger Cars."

Consequence: Incorrect tire pressure information can result in over inflated tires, increasing the risk of tire failure and a crash.

Remedy: Dealers will replace the labels, free of charge. Owner notification letters were mailed September 17, 2026. Owners may contact Grand Design customer service at 1-574-825-9679. Grand Design's number for this recall is M910065.

Defect: Grand Design RV, LLC (Grand Design) is recalling certain 2026-2027 Lineage recreational vehicles equipped with certain MaxxAir N-Series Maxxfan rooftop ventilation fans. The printed circuit board may fail during certain operations and overheat.

Consequence: An overheated printed circuit board increases the risk of a fire.

Remedy: Dealers will inspect and replace the printed circuit board as necessary, free of charge. Owner notification letters were mailed July 21, 2026. Owners may contact Grand Design customer service at 1-574-825-9679. Grand Design's number for this recall is M910063.
