THE MSQR 5000 DOES NOT CONTAIN THE REQUISITE ANTILOCK BRAKE SYSTEM OR WARNING LIGHT AND THUS FAILS TO CONFORM TO THE REQUIREMENTS OF FEDERAL MOTOR VEHICLE SAFETY STANDARD NUMBER 121, "AIR BRAKE SYSTEMS."
