Consequence: IN THE EVENT OF A CRASH, THE COT COULD MOVE INSTEAD OF REMAINING FIXED, INCREASING THE RISK OF INJURY TO THE OCCUPANT.
Remedy: DEALERS WILL REPLACE THE LAG SCREWS WITH BOLTS, WASHERS AND LOCKNUTS. OWNER NOTIFICATION BEGAN OCTOBER 12, 2001.
