SOME OF THE TAG AXLE ARM ASSEMBLIES THAT HAD PREVIOUSLY BEEN REPAIRED DURING RECALLS 03V-411 OR 06V458 MAY HAVE BEEN REPAIRED WITH UNIDENTIFIED MICRO FRACTURES AND/OR INSUFFICIENT WELD PENETRATION.
