Consequence: LOSS OF THE TRAILER INCREASES THE RISK OF PERSONAL PROPERTY OR A CRASH.
Remedy: DEALERS WILL INSTALL SAFETY CHAINS, "DANGER" AND OPERATING INSTRUCTIONS FOR THE OPERATORS AT THE COUPLER AND INSIDE OF THE TRUCK CAB.
