These vehicles are equipped with 'Captain's Chair'-style driver's seats and non-retractable lap belt seat belt assemblies. The seats, seat belt assemblies and seat belt anchorage systems may not adequately secure the driver in the event of a crash. As such, these veh (excerpt)
