Defect: Tiffin Motorhomes, Inc. (Tiffin) is recalling certain 2022-2025 Allegro Bay motorhomes. The subframe truss may collapse and pinch the electrical wiring, causing an electrical arc.
Consequence: Electrical arcing increases the risk of a fire.
Remedy: Dealers will reinforce the trusses, and repair damage as necessary, free of charge. Owner notification letters were mailed November 8, 2024. Owners may contact Tiffin customer service at 1-256-356-8661. Tiffin's number for this recall is TIF-142.
Defect: Tiffin Motorhomes, Inc. (Tiffin) is recalling certain 2022-2024 Allegro Bay motorhomes. The standard house batteries may shift position during travel, which can cause the battery terminals to contact the steel hold-down bar.
Consequence: Battery terminals that contact the steel hold-down bar can cause electrical arcing and increase the risk of a fire.
Remedy: Dealers will install a new battery hold-down bar and angle brackets, free of charge. Owner notification letters were mailed March 29, 2024. Owners may contact Tiffin customer service at 1-256-356-8661. Tiffin's number for this recall is TIF-137.
Defect: Tiffin Motorhomes, Inc. (Tiffin) is recalling certain 2024 Allegro Open Road and Allegro Bay motorhomes. The 32-inch hard line LPG hose fitting may not fit correctly, which can cause a fuel leak.
Consequence: A fuel leak in the presence of an ignition source increases the risk of a fire.
Remedy: Dealers will replace the 32-inch hose with a 40-inch hose, free of charge. Owner notification letters are expected to be mailed January 28, 2024. Owners may contact Tiffin customer service at 1-256-356-8661. Tiffin's number for this recall is TIF-134.
Stopped using the lights we had been using due to expense. Replaced with these, but these new lights have to be wired in instead of just clicking in. These are the instructions to wire in.

It has come to Tiffin Motorhome's attention that on certain 2022-2024 Allegro Bay motorhomes, the front cap may loosen from the cab of the motorhome. Tiffin will verify attachment of the front cap to the chassis cab and update the sealant.
