The reinforcement hardware, mounting hardware, and seat belt anchor bolts in the rear bench seating system may fail under load. As such, these vehicles fail to comply with the requirements of Federal Motor Vehicle Safety Standard numbers 207, "Seating Systems" and 209, (excerpt)
