Defect: ON CERTAIN RECREATIONAL VEHICLES EQUIPPED WITH A 9 VOLT BATTERY OPERATED CARBON MONOXIDE (CO) DETECTOR, IF THE BATTERY IN THE DETECTOR GOES DEAD OR IS REMOVED, THE DETECTOR WILL NOT FUNCTION AND THEREFORE CAN NOT WARN THE OCCUPANTS IF CO REACHES A HARMFUL LEVEL.
