Consequence: THE REAR AXLE SPRINGS MAY FAIL EARLIER THAN DESIGNED INCREASING THE RISK OF A CRASH.

SOME VANS MAY NOT HAVE HAD CERTAIN HEAD IMPACT PROTECTION PADS INSTALLED AT THE C-PILLAR.
